BELFOR is seeking a Remediation Technician with ambitions to become a Depot Manager

Your Tasks

As a Remediation Technician, you play an important role in helping our customers return to a safe, clean, and functional environment after damage or other unexpected events. You will, among other things, work with:

• Demolition and remediation after water and fire damage, also in connection with renovation and maintenance for construction companies, property owners, and insurance companies.

The role includes both customer contact and sales. You will gradually take on increasing responsibility for the depot's resource planning, quality assurance, and work routines – with the goal of developing to fully assume the role of Depot Manager. The work is varied, practical, and suits you who like to work both independently and in a team.

Profile

We are looking for you with several years of experience from demolition and/or remediation who can independently plan your workday to make it as well-organized and efficient as possible. You also see demolition work as a preparatory measure for the restoration of damage/projects.

You are handy, self-reliant, and structured, have a high sense of service and work ethic, positive energy, and enjoy varied and physical work both independently and in a group.

It is important that you are communicative, respectful, and understanding in your customer service.

Qualifications

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Basic experience with the Office package.

It is an asset if you already have a broad network within the construction and property industry as well as experience in resource planning and customer contact.
